I was on the emerald nightlife one, but I'm going on the feb 6th to 17th one now....had to rebook, but its better now, coz we have one more friend coming :D i doubt there'll be lots of young ppl, coz it's off season...damn!

scratch off the 'M' on your cruise card which stands for minor. That way when security check ur card, they can't tell u're underage. Get ur mates to buy ur drinks on their card and pay them back.

They gladly accept creditcard payments, but yeah...no eftpos. The safes in the rooms suck....all you can fit in is your cash and passports....so if you're bringing a laptop or valuable camera....well you wont be able to lock it up safely.

Yup, they do....but when you buy it, they 'confiscate' it and give it back to you like the night before the ship returns. I suppose it's to protect their firm alchohol sales in the bars. Go dutyfree shopping the mroning of the cruise in the city, and get ur alchohol cheap in the city itself...

That's an awesome upgrade you guys scored!! But watch out if you get seasick.....the upper levels rock more than the lower ones....make sure you take sea sickness tablets on the morning of embarkation, and take them regularly during the cruise.

Actually, you should be told before embarkation what your cabin number is and which deck you'll be on....this information needs to be written on your luggage tags so that they know which rooms to deliver your luggage to.....and you check in your luggage before you go through the embarkation...

i cant be bothered to read through all the replies, but all I can say is that a girl who expects you to pay for her constantly isnt worth your time. Sure, maybe paying once in a way would be nice, but if she really liked you, she'd understand your predicament and deal with it
