i just posted this on the other thread, but was i the only one who interpreted the question as being about events before 1986 if it was 'why was catholicism the biggest since 1986' doesnt that infer that it became the biggest in 1986, and so reasons for it must have been pre-1986... i put...

yeah, that was the most surprising, the bit 15 mark question the first thing i put natural law in catholicism, but i think that might have been the wrong thing to say..wasnt sure what the question wanted... the rest was pretty straight foward i thought in this section, i just talked about...

yeah, the depression question was very good, as long as you managed to keep the question revolving around the Great Depression, rather than straying into other factors in the fall of democracy Speer was very straight foward, pretty easy, although the first bit was sooo broad, which sucks...

yeah, very easy exam... i did greek world 500 - 440, and did the origins and activities of the delian league, pretty basic, but im kicking myself for attibuting a Thucydides quote to Herodotus....so dumb :( Egypt between A3 and R2 was pretty straight foward too, i though i aced building...

hmm, i think i did badly in cloudstreet i took the question too literally and only really talked about the ways different readers would respond to it over time, so i said that no text has a used by date, but the way people react to them changes greatly according to the time and context...

i just dont understand how 14 of 25 students could get full marks in the essay, doesnt that defeat the purpose of internal assesment - i.e. determining a ranking of students from best to worst.... our school is generally one of the top in the state in history, and we had two marks in the 30s...

hmmm, are you sure its only the rank that matters, not the mark? say the top person in the class gets 90, and the third person gets 70, then it doesnt make any difference whether the third person's mark is 89 or 71?? (in internal, this is) that cant be right....

damn, either we all did a shocking job or you guys were marked easily... i got 30/40 and that was 5th in the class, but only two marks 35+ those two guys should get high band six in modern, and even i should get 6 in ancient and high 5 in modern (thats projected, fingers crossed) how are...

i did questions 2 and 3 - found it quite easy really, nice simple subjects the marker was annoying though, kept on signaling to me to stop reading my notes - which was only a plan anyway
