its more like analysing if the law is just. like do the laws we comply with relate to justice for all? really good for workplace because in some areas, complying with the law results in injustice for some. Im sure it works in other topics too?

i honestly recommend that everyone do as i did and burn their notes.. it is the greatest form of satisfaction you could possibly get after that exam

the logical answer is contract law. besides who would want to use complex common law if youve got consumer statutes which state your rights clearly and precisely... It is a contract, the contract was breached, Chris would use statute consumer laws to gain a remedy most likely out of the courts...

dont worry i wrote the catholic trial... and i didnt have a clue about legal studies when i wrote it plus i lost the exam so i didnt even look at it since anyway effectiveness is such a normal question... its not like its nething exclusive which only catholic people did

i did (a) for workplace... kinda good because u can argue that compliance doesnt always achieve justice... section II was fukn pathetic tho, gonna pull me down so bad

i think your getting a little confused. like there are no contemporary human rights... but there are contemporary human right struggles.. u know wot i mean? like civil and political rights arent new.. they were introduced in 1967 i think, but there are some places in the world where people arent...

how would assess the effectiveness of workplace law? like equality with all the legislation n stuff i understand, but what about access etc?

if you look at the exemplar ones from last year in the main part of this site, its easy to see that its not really the quality of writing either. The person who got a band 6 simply answered the question and played around with the idea they were given... im quite sure they made it up on the spot...
