I came equal top of the state in 2003 and got a hsc and assessment mark of 97. So the mark cant be predetermined - i have no idea where the 97 came from - i know my entered assessment mark was higher than this. Hsc 2005ers - Good luck :)

Scaling for pe isnt as bad as the vet courses and that can be proven on the uac website. Pd/h/pe last year scaled better than visual arts, music 1, IPT, food technology to name a few. Dont stress so much about scaling - do your best - leave scaling to uac.
