I received a band 6 in the 2006 HSC and afte rmy gap year am off to complete a bachelors degree in law/communications - public relations.
Im up for tutoring again this year after tutoring two students last year both doing well one obtaining a band 5.

mens rea (guilty mind), planning a murder, drug crimes etc
they had to plan the crime. eg. minor traffic offences you do not have mens rea but actus reus (the guilty act) no prior planning to run red light.
i recieved a band 6 in legal studies in 2006 i will gladly help the poor 2007 students who are freaking especially those who have to suffer shelter as an option!

Don't freak human rights is easy...
Rwanda and Children always seem to be aeas of concentration,
i would advise u learnt this it popped up in my hsc as an 8 or 10 mark question.
Rights of a child has heaps :)
