As I recall, Google Ad's are not pop-ups. It's half way through the Year 12 HSC Year, so why should they have to pay the FULL amount when they wont need the note's for the full year, Maybe it should be $10 per 6 months, that will give people more options as to if they say...after 2 months...

Yes it is, but Year 12 Students are already more then half way through, so why should they pay $20 when they will only need half the notes? Why not make it so they only pay $10 as they only have half a year left? This is why April is a bad time to introduce it.
