i accelerated japanese continuers last year, doing extension this year
the course isnt that demanding as long as youve committed yourself to some amount of japanese every day...
in my opinion, it doesnt even have to be japanese from school that you practise every day.. (as long as you know your continuers prescribed kanji- which isnt much)
the way i studied it was simply chatting with my friends which i met when i went on the school trip to japan.. everyday hehe.. that way, i wouldnt find it boring or anything because... hey man, who the hell gets boed chatting with friends eh?? "studying" japanese wasnt a big deal that way, it was more of a hobby
Warning for those who are thinking of doing extension in the future::
Extension is no long a class in which you learn japanese, more of a class where you learn to read a book, or rather, extracts from a book (in japanese), and understand language features.. rather like youd learn english
and for speaking, its a test of whoever makes up the most legitimate BS, and can say it in japanese
w00t my first post on the forums, so loonnngg O.O
