Write a business report outlining the managerial, marketing and employment relations problems faced by Vildetcent P/L. Suggest a range of management stratagies to address the problems that you have identified.
This was the question in the 2002 Catholic Trial HSC Paper, it was required to be in report form, which i know how to do, but can someone tell me how to link that question to the 'problems' it puts forward.
- Involved in a misleading advertsing case
- Dismissed 40 women who were on maternity leave and one man on paternity leave
- There is an OH&S claim by employees who used to work for the business but had to leave due to ongoing breathing difficulties associated with the use of acrylic fabrics
- The union have been refused right of entry as an Enterprise Agreement applies on site
- All staff signed secrecy/confidentiality agreements upon apointment to jobs
Can someone tell me how managment stratagies can resolve these problems, and also the affect these proglemss/issues will have on the business/surrounding environment.
