How do you solve:

2x - 3 over |5x + 3| > 6

or any question like the above with a pronumeral in the numerator and the denominator, and where the denominator is in abs values.

Anybody know?
Please?

can times both sides by |5x + 3| since denominator is always positive, then solve as normal inequality

You have to consider two cases
When 5x+3>0 and when 5x+3<0

If 5x+3>0
(2x-3)/(5x+3)>6

If 5x+3<0
(2x-3)/(5x+3)<-6

Then solve both
