hey
i've got a friend who was overseas during the acceptance period for unsw bcom
and couldn't (no net access) accept her offer.
and now the offer has lapsed and everything, and there were no late or final round offers for unsw bcom. and she really wants to do the course.
so i was just wondering if anyone has had or heard of a similar experience and knows what the outcome was?

that is bad, well try calling the UNSW admissions, nothing much we can really do about it.

nah i was just asking if there were any similar experiences with....happy endings.... because she didn't get any late round offers, so missing out on this place would mean forgoing a year of university. and she's sort of just a little distraught at that prospect.

She could've asked someone to accept the offer on behalf of her when applying to BOS ages ago
I guess for now, if she wants a happy ending, she should ring to UNSW and tell them her situation ASAP before all vacancies are gone.
