this refers to just divergent evolution. convergent evolution is referred to as adaptive convergence

yea, radiation refers to the phenomenon that identical organisms evolve divergently(forming many different species) due to differing environment...

If you need an easy way to remember it, just think of radiating-to move outwards and spread apart. That's how I remember it. It may help.
