can any1 provide points for and against the use of therapy when u encounter addision's disease?

all therapy comes with side effects man.. even pandol.. for's pretty obvious- ion concenrations are returned to normal.. um, the person's blood pressure returns to normal.. no more dehydration, fatigue, discolouration, weight loss.. all that crap..

oh therapy = fludrocorisone... for addison's disease
