My teacher last year was so incredibly bad that english became my worst subject when before it was my best and my favourite. Here is the only thing she ever said that made any sense whatsoever- i really hope its helpful to you too!

Focus, Framing. eg. camera - clear or fuzzy? focal point.
eg. framing - where do you crop the image?

Angle. where you look at the image from. looking down the image is innocent and vulnerable, looking down the image is powerful, strong. looking directly at, or at eye level brings a sense of immediacy.

Contrast. difference in colour, vibrancy. eg. contrast between good and evil = black and white.

Texture.

Colour. what it represents or displays. eg. white=pure, red=angry.

Lighting. eg. half lit conveys mystery.

Interaction with Responder. people or animals, body language, mood, expression.
Path of Reading. eg. vector, line of focus.

Symbols. connotations of other things. eg. clocks > time.

Lines. horizontal = tranquillity. Vertical line = power. Diagonal line=hazard, unrest, disorder.

ok so it may be a little confusing but...i tried!! good luck.
