i saw (or heard) them perform at uni. they sound pretty good. i havent got any of their stuff, so cant really comment on them.

jeezy is getting alot of popularity real quick, thanks to 'soul survivor' and his close relationship with jay-z.

T.I is actually the guy who put him on, he bought him out during a concert in front of all the big stars and said that he will be successful in the future, proceeding that he was signed to def jam and what do ya know his blown up.

personally, i like young jeezy, his not a great lyricist but he has come up with a style that seems to fit him well, he is real too, he is not a fake ass...rappers from the trap are gettin pretty big and T.I started that.....

i like T.I a hell of a lot betterr than jeezy because content wise, lyrics wise, flow wise etc he shits on young jeezy....but jeezy cool. 'Let's get it' is a good album.

I dont know what it is about Jeezy's album, cause I know hes not that good lyric-wise, and his flow definitely isnt the best around, but theres something about it...cant stop listening to that album. I didnt know T.I put him on.....whats Tip's relationship with Jay-Z? I know he performed at the 'I Declare War' concert and the 'Fade to Black' farewell thing.

T.I didnt perform at 'fade to black' he performed at the 'jay-z and friends concert' which happened because r kelly had to leave the 'best of both worlds tour'

tip is tight with jay too i think they have a shoe deal together and jay-z thinks T.I is one of the best lyricists in rap right now.

but yeh let's get it is definently a good album, but i like cassidys better...

imo cassidys album and will smiths album will go down as the most slept on hiphop/rap albums of 2005

My bad, I meant the Best of Both Worlds tour. Yeah Cassidy is nice, but its too bad he got locked up. As far as being slept on, I've gotta mention Ras Kass' "Institutionalised". I know it was a mixtape, but it was heat.

yeh great lyricist, hopefully the rumours of rass kass in talks with G-Unit are false, and keith murray and kool G Rap, they are WAY too talented for G-Unit...faggots already corrupted mobb deep, mase and M.O.P. They can have cuban link though that guy sucks
