Sigh, I was going to apply. I even called up and discussed all the details but at the end of the day I just didn't have the money 
Do you know if first year uni students can apply? Or is it only high school graduates because I'm still bitter I can't go next year but would definitely take the opportunity after a year of uni (and saving $$)
