the answer is pi - 2 but i'm having trouble getting it...
arcsin(sinx) = x for -pi/2 < x < pi/2
an angle of 2 radians is in the 2nd quadrant, so we need to find an equivalent in the first quadrant.
using the result, sinx = sin(pi - x).
arcsin(sin2) = arcsin[sin(pi - 2)] = pi - 2
