Asses the reliability of two of the sources you have used in terms of the info and data they contain

im not sure how to structure this question to answer it... any pointers?

Look at if the answers in the sources are the same in both, like if you get two conflicting pieces of information you might need more sources to confirm it.

It's so hard to tell between validity and reliability. What is the real difference??
