Yes.

The weights of all 17 year old girls in the world at a given time, added together and divided by the amount of 17 year old girls. Obviously this would be logistically impossible but we can use smaller samples sizes to give a pretty good indication.

The doctor I went to had some chart on their computer which had the averages.
I'm 160cm tall and 55kg and I'm below average height and weight... didn't see what the exact average is, just my little red dot no where near the average line haha.
