Hey, Does anyone have any good tips to excel responses. I find that examples in everything work well but is there anything more specific in PDHPE?

You should search up Board of Studies or Arc Standard Packages for PDHPE-they might well have sample standard responses to past HSC questions that will give you a much better indication of what they expect from band 6 responses.
