Best Value for a Laptop? (1 Viewer)

Im thinking about purchasing a laptop and because i've been working lately i can afford a laptop in the 2-3k range.

What would be the BEST vaule for a laptop in the $2,000-$3,000(Max)?

I would probably only use it more for work related stuff and other stuff like music and videos.

Personally, I like the Asus F3Jv (http://www.asus.com.au/products.aspx?l1=5&l2=26&l3=316&l4=0&model=1357&modelmenu=1). Has nice features, one of the fastest laptop processors you can get right now Core2Duo T7200, 1gb of RAM, Geforce Go 7600, etc. ~$2000 (http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=Asus+F3Jv) Also have a look at the Apple side of things, people seem to be anti-mac but with no real substance to their argument.

anything with asus is a good buy...they werent ranked number 1 for nothing.
if youre not using it for gaming, but only for work related and movies/videos then you dont really need a high spec comp....you could find a good laptop to suit your needs for under $2000
