Biki discussion forum issue (1 Viewer)

Hey, I was just wondering if there is something wrong with that(Biki discussion) forum, or am I not permitted to post new threads in there?

When I tried to post a new thread in there I got:

goan_crazy, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

So I guess new threads are not permitted at the moment.
