What's with club djs playing house tracks in their sets? I mean its ok if ur listening to it on ur Ipod, but its so boring at clubs. RnB, if ur into the slow stuff, or trance if ur into the faster stuff - but House? Has anyone else noticed how the dance floor is kinda empty when the djs start playing house music? I reckon they should leave it at home.

yeah i reckon eh? The whole atmosphere and intensity of trance music is what clubbing is all about. I mean there's a reason why house died back in the 80s.

trance is fucking shit

house and hip hop.....well ive never heard hip hop in clubs or R&B....so i'll just say RnB is alot better to dance to than stupid trance epileptic crap.

how is trance even fast? (i define fast as faster than 150 bpm)

besides, isn't most of those pop dance music classified as house?

i reckon trance is better than rnb, at least trance nights have less stabbings than rnb nights

trance prob has less overdoses actually, cause most trancers take soft drugs like E.

Harder drugs like Ice and Cocaine are taken at RnB/House clubs.

I would of thought that House is the happening thing at the moment?

Everyone is going to the 'house' clubs and events, stuff like Kink at the Arthouse.

Like I would classify all the stuff you hear on the 'Ministry of Sound Annual' CD as remixed house.

but there are so many different music styles played at raves too, though the most common would be happy hardcore (or uk hardcore).
