G'day all, seeking some expert opinions
I'm currently enrolled externally part time in a B AppSci at UQ. I would like to transfer to a part time BSc, but this is only offered internally.
Unfortunately work is the first priority at the moment, but as I do shift work I could potentially enroll in two Science subjects and make about 85% of the tuts / lectures etc.
My question... is this enough attendance to pass and hopefully get 5/6s (which I'm getting at the moment)? As an external student I'm used to studying without any lectures at all, but is the attendance record important in Science subjects or can I read the textbooks, turn up 85% of the time and still do ok?
Thanks in advance!
