I have never seen these types before!!!!
My text book has the sub heading of organisational structure but its just got Global structure and it says that its more decentralised but board of directors still make long term decisions, but lesser decisions are made locally.
Do we really have to know these organisational structure types? please relpy exams is as you know tomorrow

Hierarchical structure - power of authority from top to bottom. Bigger chain of command.sal17 said:
Flat structure - involves "de-laying" of middle level management. ie Smaller chain of command, bigger span of control.
