anyone else on here doing it?

in terms of the validity of the contract between SBC and TOC, the contract is signed by SBC & MB?

SBC contract with TOC to run buses through the tunnel…but wouldnt SBC pay TMC (the operator)?

Abit confusing how MB owns TOC,TMC with 1 'agreeing' on behalf another...
