Hi guys,
After completing my first year of law with straight Ds (legal method, torts, public law) I'm looking for ways to improve my exam performance, make me more prepared for exams and, hopefully, get a HD here and there. I've seen the Butterworths Question and Answer series around the place and am thinking of purchasing them for Constitutional and Contracts.
Has anyone here used the series generally, and the Const and Contracts one specifically? How would you rate them? Did they assist you in preparing tutorial answers and/or exam preparation? Any advice would be most appreciated.
