I went to a catholic school so we didn't get a muck up day but I doubt they can stop you from doing the HSC, but they can probably try and make the journey there hell

Anyways It's not the deputies choice it's NESA who is in charge and the principle is under their authority. So technically they have to do what ever NESA says.
