Maybe update your browser? I'm currently using Firefox.. it always works

do what iRuler said. it works for me on firefox but i have the same problem you have with internet explorer.

Yeah I have the same problem, my solution was just highlighting some text and then moving your cursor downwards, then it scrolls.

I don't know why it doens't scroll down maybe unupdated internet explorer? Ohwell.
