Hi
So I was supposed to get back payments from 11th December 2015, but I was stupid and didn't report my fortnightly income from that day to today. Today, I gave in my earnings + hours worked (Note I work for a fast food chain at casual rate) and I typically earned from 60$ to 200$ per fortnight (maximum was about 400$ and $500 in only two fortnights). I had to report for 8 fortnights in total.
I was supposed to get about $2000 from back payments and after I gave it in, the officer told me that I am only getting $32 back payment. What? I was sure I didn't earn over the limit for most fortnights. Why is it only $32? I asked her to explain how it works (nicely of course, I know she's just doing her job) but she said she only inputted into the computer and it calculated for her.
is this supposed to happen?
(Sorry for wrong forum if it is)
