if ur changing lanes cos u can see a parked car up ahead in the lane ur driving in... if u stop, and wait for the stream of traffic to clear in the lane u want to go into... do u get points deducted in ur p's test

If you see alot of the cars in front of you moving across, chances are they know something is going on up ahead, so follow them across. However, if that doesn't happen, just gradually slow down and put your indicator on to move across, someone may let you in. If no one does, then stop. I think you would get a few points deducted, but it sure beats careering into a parked car and completely failing your P's.

just indicate and slow down, chances are someone in the other lane will slow down and let you in

Or indicate and speed the fuck up. Your testing driver will be really impressed if you can get hekitk chirpies.
