Above is the nutritional table for a 40g serve.

30.2g protein, 0.5 or less of carbs.

It's unflavoured powder, btw

Woo pyramid lines

Yeahhh

Edit: It's 180 on the site, I got an email with a code. Hold up two ticks. Edited to put relevant info in OP

I blend it with bananas/pb/ice and shit. You don't even notice.

Omie:

Generally it's used to get fast carbs/protein into your muscles after a workout (because it's liquid so it gets in there faster than a steak). Also used to supplement protein daily requirements, cos its easier (and a lot of the time tastier) to down a shake with heaps of calories in it as opposed to eating a huge steak etc.

To answer your other q, use it as often as you like really.

How much is the serving size? Each serving is probably 5 scoops haha

I bought horleys ICE 2 kg for $80, serving size is 1 scoop, still lasting me 4 months

and horleys protein considered one of the best workout whey proteins.

Guys I linked to the nutritional table thing, one serving is 40g. 30.2g protein/0.5 or less of carbs p/40g serving.

Seriously if you can't read or do a little googling you have bigger worries than the serving size of a protein brand.

wpi>wpc

wpc =4noobs
wpi = less animo acids, less calories, more expensive.

It's true that they're absorbed quicker (though whether that makes any difference is debateable) but unless you're lactose intolarent I don't think it makes a difference.

In accordance to 20 kgs, its a bit pricy, on the other hand long term use is fine with me.
I usually stick to 8kgs.
