You pretty much just start as a player with random skills, weight and height but you can randomize them until you like what you see. Next you need to enter the draft to find yourself a team. Then you can train him so that he can get better and earn more money. You can also compete in 1-on-1 tournaments on your off days. Or you can bet on games to get more money.
You could purchase a team and and pick players from all over the world to play for you. Control the players you sign, who starts, tickets prices and a bunch of other options.
If you create someone, post your player's the name and what team you are on.
