2 objects on a horizontal turn table which is spinning @ 10 rpm. The object X of mass 0.2kg is 10cm from the centre and Y is 30cm from the centre of the turntable.
What is the mass of Y, if the centripetal force acting on it is 12 times greater than the centripetal force acting on X.
It should be an easy Q, but i seem to be getting the wrong answer.. any help please
