We conducted the CO2 soft drink equilib by adding x amount of salt and measuring the difference.

Heat it till all bubbles go away, then gently shake it clock/counter-clockwise, if more bubbles come, you know what to do

Hmm what's this thing about using salt? We just shook a bottle of soft drink, opened the lid to let some gas escaped, closed, shook, repeat, etc.

adding salt removes the Co2 and is much quicker... if ur asked to write about this prac, make sure to specify that it is a glass bottle that ur putting on the hot plate, because some FREAKING stupid teachers think that a special ed. doing HSC chem would put a plastic bottle on the hot plate!!!!!!! freaqking anal teachers!:mad1::mad1::mad1::mad1:

Atleast you had some fun, all we did was put it into a beaker and measure the difference the next day :mad1:
