hey can anyone give me extended response questions to workin with colleagues and customers??? also the answers with them would be great thanks.

The extended response qus are often a combination of various topic areas so you may not get one just on colleauges &customers.
The hospo standards packages are a good place to go in the 2004 package qu 21 is related to communication in the workplace Check out the band 5/6 answers.
There is a link to the standards packages on the first thread on this post.
Also if you go to the BOS website and look at the past HSC papers it will tell you what topic each question is related to
