The only collective human right is self determination. Collectie refers to a group, this is also seen in Economics with Collective wants. Self determination refers to a gorup being able to govern its own affairs.

Collective rights refer to the privileges and freedoms that apply to a group or collectively. The most common form of collective rights are self determination, by where a group of people have the right to governm their own affairs.

Your appropriate example would be Indigenous person's right to self determination, their right to control their own affairs.

Are Collective rights just 'Third Generation' rights? Self-Determination being the main, but also the right to peace, a health environment etc..

Environmental Rights are not collective apparently, they are under a different category.
