how do u work it out?
well, to not confuse anyone and to use the Boards terminology, external marks are aligned to standards, not scaled.runnable said:They each count for 50% of your final HSC mark.
External Exams are subjected to scaling and Internal Assessments will be moderated before they add up to form your HSC mark.

A good teacher will not just look at what your ranked but more importantly your marks in exams and their judgement from your exam responses/assessments and their HSC marking experience (if they have any).runnable said:The teacher can shed some light as to what HSC mark for that particular subject you can expect with your ranks.
