Confused about extension, help? (1 Viewer)

Hey, I am sort of confused about the system.
I am in Year 11 and I do advanced English. I was wondering if it was possible I could do extension next year? Whether it would be possible?
I love English, and I am shooting myself in the foot for not doing the extension course for Year 11.
Is it possible for me to do extension?

I don't think so, preliminary extension is a prerequisite to English extension one for HSC, unless you are already doing extension one English this year, then you can apply to do extension 2 English in HSC

Possibly try and get your school to put in board of studies system that you completed Extension 1 Prelim and catch up on as much of it as you can. Maybe that might help you get into the course.

My mate joined EE1 like a term after it started running. Maybe that's just my school but it wouldn't hurt to ask.
