Do contracts for professional services need to clearly show exactly how they charge/invoice and what exactly including(emails and clerical)?
Or can they just state what their hourly fee is?
What happens if the professional did not provide client with cost agreement? But client signed contract and did not know about it?
How strong is professional's duty of care factored into contracts?
