I've enrolled into a Bcomm/Law at Macq this year hoping to transfer to sydney law next year just asking any1 whos managed this transfer from Macq will you recieve credit for the units studied even though Macq for instance does Jurisprudence the first year which sydney doesnt. Will I have to start the degree all over again?

Hi Momo,

When I applied for my transfer to Sydney, the Law faculty said they would give me my "Jurisprudence"credit towards the Sydney first year unit "Foundations of Law" and the credit from "Law, Lawyers and Society" (the unit I did in second semester at Macquarie) towards the Sydney third year unit "Legal Ethics." Hope that helps.
