DEVELOPING YOUNG LAWYERS SERIES
by Blake Dawson Waldron

WHAT IS IT?
The Developing Young Lawyers series was developed by Blake
Dawson Waldron to help you, as a law student, develop many of
the skills needed to be successful in your legal studies,
competitions and as a legal practitioner. The DYL Series
consists of workshops that focus upon client interviewing,
negotiation and mooting. The Series aim to provide you with
suggested methods, and hints and tips in these areas, as well
providing practical examples. The material that is covered
during these sessions is geared toward ensuring your success
in university, inter-varsity and ALSA competitions.

The workshops were run last year, and having proven a great
success have been scheduled to run again this year.

WHEN AND WHERE?
Wollongong University law students are invited to attend the
workshops on Thursday 20th May at 2pm to 4:30pm. The Series
will be held at BDW offices, George Street, Sydney.

REGISTRATION
Registration form and details can be found on the BDW website
www.bdw.com/developingyounglawyers

NOTE:
There are limited seats available, therefore, if you are
interested in attending, it is recommended that you register
your interest as soon as practicable. Due to the fact that
there are limited seats available, BDW will keep the details
of interested students to contact in the case of a
cancellation or in the event of additional workshops

1) I never took notice of it. I only go to the law faculty to hand in assingments and go to a seminar. I also didn't think there was an application form available in the law faculty? (As you have probably guessed, I'm oblivious to things like this. :spam:ming was not my intention. (at least this time :p)

2) I did say sorry in my third post. I also don't know how to put three pdf files together in the same post. (whilst editing)
