Difference between UTS BITS Scholarship and UNSW Business Information Systems Co-op? (1 Viewer)

I recently received interview offers to both these courses and was just wondering what is the difference between these two courses.

I'm in the same boat as you on this one and can't really decide...
the main differences stand out though- UTS is 3 years, 2 placements, UNSW is 4 years with 3 placements. I guess it comes down to which uni you enjoy being in?

As a member of BIT with friends in the UNSW co-op

UNSW requires a higher average (Distinction as a minimum) whereas UTS only requires a credit average and is a lot more lenient in regards to you staying in the course
UTS has a wider range of sponsors
UNSW is more renown throughout Universities. Most companies see both co-ops on around the same level.
UNSW offers you more money each year

UNSW only needs credit. Only fins and acct require the D

One downside to UNSW coop is having to do honours though
