I'll help you in doing it but if you still want answers, just let me know.
Find the gradient of OB and the gradient of AB. Since it says they are perpendicular, you can use m1 x m2 = -1
Simplify the answer and simultaneous it with the equation given to you to get x and y, since B lies on that line

Alternatively:

Since OA subtends a right angle at B, OA is the diameter of circle OAB.

So solve (x-5/2)^2 + y^2 = 25/4 simultaneously with the line y=1-3x.
