"DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESSES"- help please! (1 Viewer)

I am confused about the dispute resolution process.
In the syllabus it says it in a certain order
- conciliation, arbitration, grievance procedures, negotiation, mediation, common law action, business/division closur.
But in my other photo copied notes from the teacher I have it listed in all different ways.
Can anyone tell me how it should go. Or does it just not even matter at all?
I do not want to trust the syllabus order because would the grievance procedure come first considering it is conducted initially within a business when a confllict arises.

Also, lol. Can I interchange the words industrial conflict and industrial dispute??
