So I'm hoping to study this degree at UTS next year, as these are subjects that I'm interested in and I've always wanted to do.
I've read everything there is about UTS and the specific degrees, however I was hoping to receive some first hand accounts concerning the content/workload/appeal and general university life at UTS.
So can anyone tell me about these degrees individually and/or combined?

Only nine hours face to face but the journo part is a lot of work. The main lecturer is pretty tough but then she got nicer as the year went on or maybe we just get used to it. The other subjects are bludgey but journalism is not and there are lots of assignments but I feel like after a year I understand what journalism is about. Not at all like what I imagined.
Uni life is good. Despite the lecturer being the way she is, she really encouraged us to get to know each other and support each other. The journo kids rule.

OK still good!

Well I'm pretty sure I'm doing this, but in 2011. See you there!
