sorry i was talkin about preliminary offers

Does anyone know who these offers are often made to though?

overseas students like me and hecs i think, thats what my career teacher told me, as these people's uai are fixed. so ye....

Yep, the Early Rounds are only used for Overseas Students applying to any Australian Uni, or for local/international students undergoing UTS' Insearch, Macquarie Uni's SIBT.

For those who completed their HSC this year - 2005, you'd only watch out for Main Round, Final & Late.
