so when the sodium chloride solution is concentrated, chlorine gas withh be produced at anode?

what will happen at the cathode, does being concentrated affect the cathode?

At the cathode, it will still be the reduction of water.

yeah sodium ions are too stable to be reduced, so water will be at any concentration of NaCl

Its is only when molten NaCl is electrolysed that sodium metal and Cl gas is produced

to produce H2 (g)

For dilute NaCl solution, it's simply the electrolysis of water.
