i was wondering if someone could give me a bit of help on finding information on the impact of globalisation has had on yhe management structure and employment relations policies for Arnotts?

You could try looking for newspaper articles on Arnott's. Try the Sydney Morning Herald website. You could also search their website, though I'm not sure if there's much info there.

Is there any particular reason why you've chosen Arnott's? There are many other case studies that are more suitable to the Global Business topic.
