I'm not to sure about the employment rate of engineers after finishing uni, most jobs require a few year experience but where are you suppose to get it from?

Eg: I'm currently studying electrical engineering (Bachelor) in any uni and about to finish, I apply for a graduate recruitment program or cadetship with a company called "Integral energy".

What is my success rate of getting in?
Does it depend on my marks at uni?
Is there a lot of competition in the electrical sector?

Don't listen to these people. The amount of unemployed engineers has become very high in the recent years. (almost as high as the B Arts kids) It is likely only going to get worse thanks to employment being outsourced to China, India and other countries where people are paid at minimal wages.

Yup, you have no chance of getting a job. Scrap your degree and get a B Gender Studies. It's the future of employment.
