English poetic device - repetition of phrases? (1 Viewer)

is there a specific name for the poetic technique of repeating certain phrases?
e.g. in Yeats' Easter 1916:

[stanza 3]
...
Minute by minute they change;
...
Changes minute by minute;
...
...
Minute by minute they live:
...



It's not exactly anaphora since it isn't the beginning of every sentence...
I'm looking for a smart term to use here... 'repetition of the phrase' doesn't quite sum up it's significance.

Help please!

At most I came come with is verbosity. If it's not anaphora or repetition, I'm going with verbosity.
